Refund policy
In order to exchange your item(s) but only if it arrives defective or if you do not receive the correct order, you must notify us within 5 days of date of delivery with pictures. Items must be returned (at customer’s expense) within 10 days of confirmed delivery date in original, unused condition to be exchanged. The exchanged item will be sent back at no additional charge.
No refunds will be issued because you simply changed your mind. This is a small dropshipping business, which means we do not have much inventory on hand. Once you order from us, we order from our trusted vendor and if you change your mind, I have to try and resell and item you ordered that was customized for you because we are not able to get a refund.
